  Huachang Energy Technology's first batch of hydrogen fuel cell buses has entered commercial operation since 2019. Up to now, a total of 38 hydrogen buses have been in service with multiple bus lines, with a cumulative total mileage of more than 5 million kilometers. The total mileage of the largest bicycle has exceeded 150,000 kilometers, and the total operating time is nearly 10,000 hours. Huachang hydrogen energy bus is low-carbon and environmentally friendly, stable in operation, low in noise, and low in energy consumption, which is at the leading level in China.

  In June 2022, our company delivered 10 49-ton heavy trucks for demonstration operation in Zhangjiagang City. The truck has a rated output torque of 210Nm and a maximum output torque of 400Nm, and has a cruising range of about 500 kilometers when fully hydrogenated. In August 2023, Huachang's 49-ton hydrogen traction heavy truck began trial operation successively in HBIS Group and Yonggang Group, undertaking the short￾pouring and long-distance transportation of sand and gravel aggregates and various steels.

  The big data visualization platform developed by Huachang is used to monitor the running status of each vehicle in real time. It can count the number of online operating vehicles, their location and daily faults in real time, and query the specific operating parameters of each vehicle, including the operating status of the whole vehicle (such as vehicle speed, mileage, SOC, insulation value, etc.), engine operating status (working status, current, voltage power, BOP operating parameters, etc.) and stack status (voltage, pressure, temperature, water temperature, etc.). Each vehicle operation data can be downloaded anytime, anywhere, for fault analysis and life statistics, which is convenient for system and control strategy optimization. Through the collection, management, processing, analysis and optimization of each terminal data, the company feeds the results back to the R&D and after￾sales teams. It can control the dynamics of each fuel generator stack and system in real time and respond quickly and in a timely manner; It also provides support for the next step of R&D and production, so that the industry will change from "business-driven" to "data-driven".

  With the support of the government, Huachang is cooperating with relevant companies to build a smart network platform for hydrogen energy freight in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone. With the concept of "sharing, linking, collaboration and openness" and adopting the model of "Internet + port + supply chain", the platform can uniformly dispatch all kinds of freight vehicles in the region according to the regional freight demand and real-time transportation capacity, so that the whole process of logistics and transportation business is transparent, standardized and standardized. And a new format and new model of "reasonable allocation of online resources and efficient operation of offline logistics" are forming.

◆ The base of China's truck ownership is very high. According to conservative estimates, the replacement rate for new vehicles is 80% every five years. The cumulative demand for replacement vehicles in the past five years will exceed 5.5 million vehicles, and this replacement demand is relatively rigid.
◆ In 2022, the annual sales of hydrogen heavy-duty trucks will be 2,456 units, and the share of hydrogen heavy-duty trucks in new energy heavy-duty trucks will increase from 7.46% in 2021 to 9.8%. In 2023, the annual sales of hydrogen heavy-duty trucks will reach 3,656 units, and the proportion will increase to 10.6%, which has become an important market segment in the field of new energy heavy-duty trucks.
◆ Compared with pure electric heavy-duty trucks, hydrogen heavy-duty trucks have larger load capacity, longer battery life, faster charging, and the weight of the entire fuel cell system is much lower than the battery weight of pure electric heavy-duty trucks, and the effective load capacity is more advantageous.
◆ Hydrogen and electricity have excellent coupling application prospects. Hydrogen energy equipment and pure electric equipment can work together to optimize scenario application solutions.
