Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
. Organize BOM according to the company's project requirements, complete the structural design of prototype processing parts such as systems and test benches, and participate in the construction of prototypes; realize the innovation of new product structures, and ensure the rationality, reliability and novelty of new product structures.2
. Responsible for the organization, coordination and follow-up of the review, trial molds, trial production and mass production at all stages of the project, and solve technical problems that arise in the process; and participate in the structural docking work with vehicle manufacturers, hydrogen supply system manufacturers, etc. in the project;
3. Responsible for prototype trial production, mold modification, and produce mold modification materials according to the determined mold modification plan to ensure the achievement of the prototype effect.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with the mechanical structure design of fuel cell systems and test bench related components, the structural design of conventional metal parts and plastic parts, material properties and mold design;
2. Familiar with the types of materials commonly used in various structural designs and their properties, and familiar with their commonly used surface treatment processes;
3. Proficient in using AutoCAD (similar software is also acceptable), CATIA (similar software is also acceptable), NX and other 2D and 3D design software;
4. Priority is given to those with internship experience in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, thermal engineering and other majors or fuel cell structure design related positions;
5. Have good teamwork and communication skills.

Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1. Fuel cell control system development, including fuel cell control strategy, monitoring data, and fault diagnosis;
2. Responsible for completing the design of control system logic flow charts, interface definition diagrams and other drawings; and participate in the communication protocol docking work with vehicle manufacturers, hydrogen supply system manufacturers, etc. in the project;
3. Responsible for control program design, program development and debugging according to project requirements;
4. Able to develop control programs for customized control requirements for adjustments to the BOP components of the fuel cell system in operation.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with RS232/485/CAN and other communication mechanisms commonly used in fuel cell systems, test benches, etc.;
2. Proficient in PID design of automatic control, familiar with modern control theory, and able to develop control programs;
3. Proficient in software such as Matlab/SimulinkT; have industrial control host computer software development technology based on C/C++ and other development tools, and be able to complete the preparation of control system upper software technical requirements, software writing, and debugging;
4. Electronic information, measurement and control, automation, mechatronics, vehicle engineering and other related majors, internship experience in fuel cell system development related positions is preferred;
5. Have good teamwork and communication skills.

Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1. Organize BOM and complete the selection of electrical components according to the company's project requirements; design electrical schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, electrical interface definitions, etc. for fuel cell systems, test benches, and hydrogen supply systems, and participate in electrical docking work with vehicle manufacturers, hydrogen supply system manufacturers, etc. in the project;
2. Responsible for completing the layout of high and low voltage components on the test bench, and the design and verification of high and low voltage wiring harnesses for the electrical control cabinet and fuel cell system;
3. Select electrical components, prepare material lists, and draw electrical drawings.
Job requirements:
1. Be familiar with the material models, uses, and specifications of electrical components commonly used in the electric control industry; and be proficient in using CAD to draw electrical schematics, wiring harness diagrams and other electrical drawings;
2. Be familiar with the working principles of high and low voltage components of fuel cells, and participate in handling electrical component failures that occur during the testing and operation of fuel cell systems, test benches, etc.;

3. Responsible for determining product design process plans, studying the process feasibility of product implementation and the extent to which product performance meets client needs, and ensuring that the design and process can be mass-produced;
4. Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the testing and evaluation of the life and performance of the fuel cell system, prepare and revise test plans, processes and operating instructions; perform test operations according to specifications, analyze test results, and write test reports;
2. According to the requirements of different test equipment, realize the control of temperature, pressure, flow and other conditions;
3. Responsible for the testing of fuel cell systems, test benches and other components; find and analyze relevant domestic/foreign and industry standards, establish a standard library, and study system testing methods;
4. Responsible for after-sales of prototype vehicles, on-site prototype vehicle problem handling, debugging and other work.
Job requirements:
1. Master labview programming software, etc., and be able to use these tools to design and debug electrical systems;
2. Understand the calibration method of fuel cell controller program and fuel cell process flow, be able to promptly discover and solve errors and problems in the control program, and make suggestions or optimizations;
